I decided to become a coach after working with people who were seeking support only for a particular focused issue and therapy was a bit too much.

My coaching approach is based on Psychosynthesis (“soul” psychology) and positive psychology - encouraging you to ask yourself “what is right with you?” (rather than “wrong”). I work to help you step into the vision of yourself you have. I have worked with people, from front of house to senior levels, from many sectors, including healthcare, arts, technology, financial services and construction.

I support people experiencing some sort of ‘block’, for example, in a difficult workplace situation, self-confidence or just taking that next step. Sometimes you need someone in your corner, who will help you overcome the obstacle with useful, authentic-to-you solutions. I find people often know what their answer is, but need someone to take them through uncovering, actioning or maintaining the solution.

People who have worked with me have achieved promotions, career changes, re-designed their life, or have done something they never thought they would be able to do. What you achieve simply by investing time in yourself may surprise you.
