Relaxations, meditations and visualisations - audio

There is an idea that “we become what our thoughts are”. So, if your mind is full of unhelpful or troubling thoughts all day, what does that do to your body? You probably know the answer.

Let me put the idea to you - if your mind is full of unhelpful thoughts, and you feel like this, what would it be like if you tried out filling your mind with helpful things?

Listening to words that bring your mind peace and balance can have a life changing effect. You might hear words you don’t often hear, or picture beautiful things you don’t often think of, or imagine yourself being things you never thought you would.

These audios say these things exist, your body can rest, your mind can find peace and what you want is possible.

Sceptical? Fair enough. I invite clients to ‘test out’ the effect of a relaxation exercise, such as slowing breathing down, for anything as little as 3 minutes whilst hearing words that evoke relaxation. I have observed clients are very surprised at how they feel after a short space of time. I remember one particular sceptical man, who turned the corners of his mouth down, nodded in surprise and opted to do the exercise for the remainder of the session, stating he could not believe how helpful it was.

The impact is unique, but this is powerful.
